A fair review – pros and cons

Location is fantastic! Close to shopping and dining options, with easy access to downtown.

Staff could be more welcoming. I encountered rudeness when addressing concerns about noise.

The staff was nice and helpful. My room was clean, and the furniture, although worn, had a certain charm. Super convenient location for exploring. Overall, a pleasant stay for two nights! 😊

The room offered great comfort, with a clean and cozy bed that made sleeping a pleasure. Having a full-sized refrigerator was a huge plus, perfect for storing snacks and leftovers. I appreciated the kitchenette, even though I expected more kitchenware. On the downside, there was no coffee pot in the room, which was a letdown since I’m used to having coffee readily available in most hotels. Also, I noticed some grime on the refrigerator and countertops that made me question their cleaning standards. The bathroom showed signs of needing attention, with some stains that were hard to overlook. I was surprised when I had to pay a deposit upon check-in that I hadn't anticipated. Overall, the hotel provides solid value, especially for a longer stay, but a few improvements in cleanliness and amenities would make it shine.

The carpets are stained and dirty!!! The hallways and staircases smell horrible, making it an unpleasant navigation experience!!! Additionally, the kitchen utensils available need significant upgrades for a proper cooking experience!!! The noise levels from neighboring rooms are quite disruptive!!!

The location is ideal, with easy access to shopping, grocery stores, and the comedy club nearby. The kitchenette in the room is a real bonus for budget travelers.

The Extended Stay offered a wonderful experience with a clean room and well-prepared kitchenette. The staff, including Daesia, Michael, and Chenek, were exceptionally accommodating and truly made the stay enjoyable. I appreciated the comfortable layout of the room, allowing for a productive work environment during my business trip.

The incidentals fee at check-in felt excessive.
